About me
Ian is a philosopher whose work focuses on self-deception, philosophy of religion—the problems of evil, hiddenness and divine responsibility —and the way literature, poetry and film work to address these philosophical questions. He is currently working on a project that argues for reading Walt Whitman work as a response to suffering by means of witness not theodicy.
